Sometimes, Aselo may start behaving slowly or the page may take too long to load. This can happen for several reasons:
- Computer Specifications: If you suspect that the computer being used is outdated, you can send the computer specifications to the support team, and we'll let you know if they are sufficient. Refer to this link if you don't know how to get the hardware specifications of your computer.
- Too Many Applications Running: Running too many applications can consume too much RAM, causing all applications, including Aselo, to run slower than normal. Try closing some applications and see if the performance improves.
- Network: A slow or unstable network can cause long loading times and poor performance in general. Streaming applications can also overwhelm your network, so try closing them and see if Aselo's performance improves.
- Chrome Extensions: Some Chrome extensions can potentially slow down Aselo. Try opening Aselo in an incognito window to see if it works better there.
If none of the above actions improve the situation, please send the support team a network report and a performance report. These reports will help us understand the source of the performance issue. Below is a video with instructions on how to generate these reports.
